WINSTON-SALEM, NC – HC Government Realty Trust Inc. (“HCGRT”), today announced the opening of its newest corporate office location at Atlanta’s North Perimeter. This new office will be home to HCGRT’s development team.

Chief Operating Officer John W. Braswell added the following statement to today’s announcement:

“The addition of the Atlanta office space is a critical part of HCGRT’s overall growth strategy. Our development team will benefit from the ease of travel that Atlanta offers including direct, daily flights to many of our properties and development projects from Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport. The ability to oversee our development activities and visit our portfolio properties is vital to our success as a GSA developer and lessor for the US Government.”

HCGRT’s real estate portfolio currently includes 27 properties representing approximately 508,000 rentable square feet across 12 different agencies located in 18 states.
